Yes, you can uninstall Norton 360 through your control panel, or by using Norton Removal Tool. Also, be sure you turn automatic renewal off in your Norton Account.

If you have your Norton 360 installation files on a CD/DVD, just insert the disc into your CD-ROM/DVD drive and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you have purchased Norton 360 as a download version, you can download the latest Norton 360 software from within your Norton Account, or by using the instruction from our page about Norton 360 Installation (use download links from Step 3). Then, just start the installation, and follow the on-screen instructions.
