I cannot find the Norton Identity Safe Toolbar on my web browser | Compatibility of Norton Security Toolbar and Norton Identity Safe not working with Mozilla Firefox

1. Update to the latest version of the Norton product

• You can get the latest version of your Norton product from Norton Update Center if you have an active subscription. If your Norton product is from your service provider, check with your service provider to make sure that you have the latest version.

2. Run LiveUpdate

1. Start your Norton product.
2. In the main window, click Security, and then click LiveUpdate.
3. When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.
4. Run LiveUpdate until you see the message, "Your Norton product has the latest protection updates."
5. Exit all the programs, and restart the computer.

3. Mozilla Firefox

Enable Norton Toolbar

The latest versions of the Norton products are compatible with Mozilla Firefox version 49, 50, and 51. To know more, read Compatibility of Norton Security Toolbar and Norton Identity Safe with Mozilla Firefox.
1. Start Firefox.

2. 

   Add caption

   On the top-right corner, click the Open menu button, and click Add-ons.
3. On the Extensions tab, click Norton Security Toolbar.
   If Norton Security Toolbar is grayed out, click Enable.
4. Click Restart now.
   The browser restarts with Norton Security Toolbar loaded.
   To add all the related extensions, visit the Browser Protection website from the Firefox browser.
