1. Update to the latest version of the Norton product

• You can get the latest version of your Norton product from Norton Update Center if you have an active subscription. If your Norton product is from your service provider, check with your service provider to make sure that you have the latest version.

1. Start your Norton product.
2. In the main window, click Security, and then click LiveUpdate.
3. When Norton LiveUpdate is finished, click OK.

   To add all the related extensions, visit the Browser Protection website from the Firefox browser.

Run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool

1. Download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.
2. Double-click the downloaded NRnR icon.
3. Read the license agreement, and click Agree.
4. Click Advanced Options.
5. Click Remove Only.
6. Click Remove.
7. Click Restart Now.
   After the computer restarts, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall your Norton product.

2. Type in the following text, and then press Enter.

3. In the Device Manager window, double-click on Display adapters.
4. Right-click on the HD graphics card, and select Properties.
5. On the Driver tab, check whether the graphics card driver is outdated or current.
   If the driver is outdated, you need to update the download and install the latest version of the graphics card driver.
6. Select your graphics card manufacturer:
   • AMD/ATI Radeon HD video graphics
   • Intel HD video graphics
   • NVIDIA graphics

Having an issue with my Norton software, I contacted Norton support, but they came back to me with the offer to buy some additional security software, plus they wanted to charge me $199.99 for further support. I thought Norton support was included with my valid subscription. What was this about?
